Meatpaper, the journal of meat, has a new issue, or fissue as editor Sascha calls it in the intro. This is their first Fish issue, with a history of fish-stick making, a look at seafood sustainability, the eel rush of the US east coast, and some great personal fish stories from Meatpaper readers.
