Revealing typography
Following on from the careful masking/removal of Beth Ditto’s nipples on the Love cover, (which apparently wasn’t enough to avoid poster ads being removed from a London site following complaints) here’s the March issue of Wallpaper*, featuring model Ali Michael wearing nothing but a pair of Chanel boots and some carefuly positioned custom typography by Katariina Lamberg and Anna Ahonen.
But for the subscription cover…
…the typography appears only as a gloss varnish.
