Ahead of the launch of new literary/arts mag Offal—the names hints at its content of rescued offcuts and leftovers—we hear from the publisher’s Chief Creative Officer Jeremy Portal. Jeremy discusses the origins of the new mag and its central role within the broader Offal Industry business.

Photographer Marcus Patrick Brown has just published the fourth issue of Picnic, featuring a new design and larger format. ‘Food is delicious,’ he tells us, ‘but really, it’s the least interesting thing to talk about and photograph.’ Instead, Picnic focuses on the people behind the food—the chefs and restaurateurs.
