Pilot is for ‘lovers of art, music, fashion, film, literature, honest lifestyle content or existential chronicles by sleep deprived twenty-somethings that don’t fit into any of those categories’.
The third ‘gooey’ issue of Pilot turns the format of the publication on its head. It comes in an A1 poster format and, most interestingly of all, functions as a playable board game complete with characters, real dice and a dedicated Spotify playlist.
Each of the steps throughout the game link to the different features of the magazine, (let the debate begin) with features on the recent bout of Indie Sleaze nostalgia, an interview with Scottish music producer Hudson Mohawk and a spot on indie clothing brand SMUTTYSNACK. It’s a rollercoaster ride.
