Founded in 2015, Site is Canada's longest running journal of architecture and urbanism, taking an interdisciplinary approach to understanding the built environment's intersection with politics, design, ecology and cultural relevance. A more colourful affair than the series' debut issue, Vol. 2 swaps the coptic stitch for a rubber band-bound booklet, with foldouts, inserts and worksheets accompanying the diagrams, drawings (both technical and speculative) and artwork inside.

This reflective issue, themed The Edit, asks: 'Will we reveal truths and tools to overcome pervasive burdens of a monolithic, heteronormative, Eurocentric coding, or will we need to script new ones? What needs to be written out in order to return to what was and what could have been?'
