As well as being the name of a 2012 film by Ken Loach, the 'angel's share' refers (rather poetically) to the amount of whisky lost to evaporation during the barrel-ageing process.

Luckily for us, it's also the name of a brand new 'Journal about whisky'. Largely comprising interviews with people working across the whisky industry, The Angel's Share also explores the history and culture surrounding the internationally-loved tipple. Slàinte Mhath!
