A basketball magazine created by women, the team behind Flagrant are ‘used to hoops—jumping through them, watching them, and playing them.’ With a focus on the stories of women and BIPOC women, this petit publication aims to offer a different perspective on this popular sport.

This issue focuses on ethical consumption within basketball, something the editors admit was a difficult subject to research. But they managed to dig up stories of farmers turned NBA players, artists up-cycling old sportswear and a lesson in how to return to play.
