This Glasgow-born biannual visits a different city every issue, exploring the local culture through food, history, and community. This time around it’s Copenhagen, a design city recently reimagined as a gastronomic capital: the extraordinary experiments of Noma are explored; smaller, smaller local restuarants visited; and a world famous porcelain collection assessed.
