'A manual resource for discovery'

New 'fashion, art, architecture and ideas' publication Crosscurrent holds within it a collection of alluring images, interviews and well- and lesser-known individuals. In fact, there's plenty to be found in this surprising, self-identified 'manual resource for discover.'

Issue three takes direct inspiration from the artist Edmondo Bacci and the Spazialismo movement he championed that focuses on light's contradictory abilities to beautify and reveal as well as to harm and obscure. This is Crosscurrent: lighter still and it includes interviews and discussions with artist Elizabeth Peyton, Global Chief Heat Office for UN-Habitat Eleni Myrivili, and writer Myriam Gurba, plus photography from Phil Engelhardt, Ai Kamoshita, and many more

And the name? 'Crosscurrent' noun. 'A conflicting tendency. A current running counter to the general forward direction.'
