Having arrived on the scene almost twenty years ago, DIK prides itself on being the 'only art magazine from Central and Eastern Europe concentrated on homosexuality and masculinity'. (Which, as the team are quick to point out, also makes them the first.)
After a six year gap, the fagazine returns! Their thirteenth issue is once again dedicated to Ukraine, guest edited by photographer Anton Shebetko who spends much of the issue in conversation with key figures from Ukraine's multigenerational queer community. Plus, a dip into the archives to revisit Odyn z nas—formerly one of Ukraine's leading gay publications—as well as DIK's own Ukraine issue from 2006, published under very different circumstances.
