Eyesore #5
170 x 240 mm, 130 pages
London, UK
Since 2015
Covers: Alys Morrison (front) and Sydney Diack (back)
Born out of conversations with friends about cities, Eyesore offers 'alternative and often overlooked perspectives of the built environment', with an emphasis on personal experiences.
This is their fifth issue and the first to introduce a theme — Lost Spaces — which begins with a piece on a travelling darkroom in the ancient Turkish city of Mardin, making analogue photography accessible to local and refugee children. It also comes in a new, smaller format.
