Paris, France (English-language)
Bimonthly
Editor-in-chief: Léopold Lambert

A magazine concerning the politics of space and bodies, which along with its podcast and blog, is building an archive for anti-colonial, anti-racist, queer, and feminist struggles. Now published in English, French, and Spanish (we have the English version).
After an issue dedicated specifically to Palestine, The Funambulist returns to its more internationalist remit, focussing in this edition of ‘Black Indigeneities’—spanning the African continent, the Caribbean and Melanesia (encompassing West Papua, Papua New Guinea, the Torres Strait Islands, Kanaky, Vanuatu, Nauru and the Fiji Islands).
Inside: poetry, artwork and writing on land reform in South Africa, defining Blackness in Aotearoa New Zealand, Gabonese forests, Amazonian biodiversity and relationships to land and water from a Fijian worldview.
