I’ve not seen a copy of New Zealand’s Threaded magazine but the recently published sixteenth issue looks great in this video, which also communicates the care and passion behind the project via plenty of print and production footage. The magazine covers creative work from around the world.
The new issue is themed Creating a Monster – ‘Once the monster comes to life, you have to nurture and feed and fuss over it, you watch its first steps with pride, shed tears when it first goes out into the world…’ Sounds like magazine publishing to me.
