In February 2020, editor Saul Taylor had the idea for a magazine that would disrupt the travel industry—of course, fate had a different kind of disruptor in mind for that year. Three years later, we are glad to see that the original idea wasn’t forgotten in the lockdown, and Sablos greets us just in time for our summer holidays.
