This exciting new magazine is based on the premise that we are going through a new golden age of interiors, as our homes become places through which we express our personalities.

The sophomore issue for Ton pulls no punches and sticks to its guns: expect to find the same commitment to championing the underdogs, sharing extraordinary interiors, and sparking inspiration.

For Autumn/Winter 2023, it's all about coming together in those places and spaces where community gathers. Cover star performance artist Adam Christensen welcomes readers into his artists' commune home and studio, while editorial director Ted Stansfield pilgrimages to London's houses of worship in search of the aesthetic divine.

Other features include a defense of bathhouses, nonna's flat in Milan, and a vibrant farm in West Sussex.

On the Journal
At work with Jermaine Gallacher: ‘The name Ton connotes weight and heft, but also society and community, which ties in with the magazine, which we want to reflect a community of fresh makers and tastemakers.’
