‘Stories of wildness, slow living and belonging’

Meander is a magazine dedicated to ecology and slow living, featuring in-depth stories paired with illustrations and imagery, printed on thick matte paper stock with an earth tone colour palette.

This sophomore edition is devoted to ‘Rest and Renewal’ and features essays, conversations, practical guides, and photography, exploring where and how rest manifests in our day to day lives. The magazine is divided into four recurring ‘streams’—Reflections, Field Notes, Rafts, and Currents—spanning a personal account of the emotions conjured by preparing family recipes handed down through generations, a deep dive into how attitudes towards jobs in the sustainability sector are evolving as roles and their impact gradually shift—aka ‘career composting’—and an interview with the duo behind ‘LOADS Collection’, the textiles start up pairing plant based dyes with innovative design.
