Creative Review, Autumn 2024

247 x 247 mm, 122 pages
London, UK
Editor: Eliza Williams
Art direction: Studio Pensom

Covering design, advertising and the creative industries since 1980.

The latest edition from Creative Review is their ‘Leadership Issue,’ which considers the diverse styles and approaches that make for successful leadership, as well as ways in which the gap between those at the top and young creatives just starting out, can be bridged.

Featuring brands and campaigns that are leading the way—CeraVe's Michael Cera-themed Superbowl ad, gorpcore staple Salomon, and Guinness' refreshed approach tp socials, to name a few—as well as the likes of Portuguese illustrator Bráulio Amado and set/production designer Shona Heath, responsible for the dreamscape that was Yorgos Lanthimos' Poor Things, as pictured on the slightly more sombre than usual cover.

Editor Eliza Williams talked to Jeremy Leslie in 2020 about the Creative Review’s changing presence over the past 40 years.
