Majin is a new(ish) magazine exploring sustainability and inclusivity within the fashion industry through a political lens. Drawing from founswe Jee Hye Lee's experiences working as a model and scouting agent in Europe, each issue critiques the industry’s capitalist and colonial tendencies, counteracting these narratives by spotlighting queer and BIPOC creatives with ‘transformative mindsets in the ongoing discourse of fashion’.

This sophomore issue comes in a significantly slimmer format, with exposed binding to lay flat. Themed ‘Kapwa’—a Filipino concept of shared identities and responsibilities—this issue asks: ‘How can we forge connections and envision a societal framework through the lens of fashion?’

With a mix of features on the aesthetics of kapwa, street photography in Accra, the evolving metrosexual, an anti-colonial reading list, and the virtues of counterfeit clothing.
