Best US launches of 2006

Yes some magazines close (see previous post), but others launch. Samir Husni has just published his top 30 launches of last year, selected from the 900 US launches. I don't know most of them but it's good to see several favourites, Good, Play, Lemon and Craft, included. Death+Taxes is a great title for a music mag.
