Ben Mervis

The three talks will be followed by a discussion chaired by magCulture’s Jeremy Leslie.

About our speakers:
Ashleigh Arnott is Features Editor at Waitrose Food Magazine, which has the highest circulation of any British food magazine. She has also written food and drink content for Time Out London, Root and Bone and many online publications.

Holly Catford works at Esterson Associates, as the art editor of Eye and Pulp and is also the art director of History Today. Earlier this year she joined forces with Doug Cowan and the author of Food Stories Helen Graves to found Pit, a magazine about cooking outside, over live fire.

Ben Mervis is a writer and academic who has spent the last two years working as René Redzepi’s assistant at the acclaimed noma restaurant in Copenhagen. He has also worked on Netflix series Chef’s Table. Fare visits a different city each issue, the launch issue focusing on Istanbul.
