‘An annual food, travel and lifestyle magazine’

This ninth issue, themed ‘Something Familiar’, marks Table’s shift from biannual magazine, to a lengthier and more considered annual publication.

Bringing together stories to savour from around the world, this issue explores the tables hosting dicy Sueca games in Portugal, considers whether the dinner table may be one of the last places where we can still think out loud and debate freely, and shares recipes from Greek yiayias— grandmothers for whom ‘Have you eaten yet?’ is simply another way of saying ‘I love you.’

Plus, this issue also examines one of hospitality’s most pressing challenges—waste—spotlighting how Potato Head Beach Club in Indonesia and Camille in London are reducing their footprint by turning waste into furniture and embracing nose-to-tail dining.
