Within the carefully-designed pages of Open Spaces travel and art meet one another effortlessly. Originally focussed on land art, the magazine has broadened its scope to cover art outside the four walls of the gallery, while also celebrating the revival of the print magazine as a format.
This is the ‘In Balance’ issue, exploring the ancient Ayurvedic concept of balance through journeys across diverse landscapes and sacred spaces. An island off the coast of Yemen and the Japanese concept of 72 microseasons are natural subjects for the magazine; more surprising, perhaps, is a 38-page photographic love letter to New York.
