Created by old friends Doyun Baeg and Bergen Hendrickson, Lilypad prides itself on ‘engaging with people that are endangered’—the underground scene and real people who actually know each other.
Issue six, themed ‘The Reunion Issue’, is a celebration of these people, paying homage to Lilypad’s friends and everyone ‘who’s come along for the ride.’ Inside, you’ll find an interview with the creator of Cometbus Magazine reflecting on the zine’s thirty-year print run, and a conversation with tattoo artist Dylan Homer about blending the traditional rules of tattooing with his unconventional style.
