This Summer 2026 edition of the iconoclastic fashion biannual 032c‚ titled ‘Memphis’, shakes things up in more ways than one with the instalment of new art director Mirko Borsche and fashion editor-at-large Brenda Weischer, alongside the introduction of the 48-page supplement Eros—an eponymous homage to the short-lived American literary quarterly, showcasing ‘exquisite objects old and new’.
Dedicated to Memphis rap’s wide-reaching reverberations across culture, the issue sets the tone with Philip Pyle’s on-the-ground reportage, featuring conversations with legends of the genre DJ Spanish Fly, La Chat, Tommy Wright III, Shawty Pimp and DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia. Elsewhere, cover artist Skrillex breaks over a decade of silence, in an exclusive interview with fellow renegade artist and friend Ecco2k; Cassidy George gets the low down on exciting new launch Space Junk from editor-in-chief Jack Mills and visual director Jo Evendon—between them, the pair boast credentials at Another Man, Dazed and Art Partner; Austrian choreographer and performance artist Florentina Holzinger talks naked ambition with Shane Anderson, photographed by Juergen Teller; and, acclaimed classically-trained pop artist Kelsey Lu reflects on the making of her new album ‘So Help Me God’ with renowned American videographer Arthur Jafa.
