Players is the hefty sport spin-off from CR Fashion Book, marrying high fashion and sport. This third issue is dedicated to football, as the world recovers from World Cup fever, and reflects the increasing links between the sport and fashion (think Cole Palmer’s appearance in the recent Madonna video.) As editor Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld says in his introduction to the issue, ‘This issue examines soccer not simply as sport but as belief: the rituals, loyalties, identities and communities that grow around it.’
