The international edition of M Le (magazine du) Monde, the weekly supplement accompanying France’s ‘newspaper of record’ Le Monde. First launched in 2019 to mark the supplement’s eighth anniversary, the English-language edition returned at the beginning of 2025, following a six year hiatus. The offering?

‘A mix of politics and lifestyle, long articles that almost read like literature, fashion editorials featuring the best photographers and the most inspired stylists, investigative profiles and our picks of the best addresses from all over Europe.’

Themed ‘The Legends’, and predominantly platforming inspiring women, issue three highlights popular figures, places, trends and key cultural moments from the past year. Inside, you’ll find a collation of fascinating and intimate profiles, featuring the likes of cover star Julianne Moore, pop icon Lorde, South African opera singer Pretty Yende, French film director Rebecca Zlotowski, model and singer Vanessa Paradis, and Norwegian actress Renate Reinsve. Alongside in-depth profiles, you’ll also find features covering Japan— the host country for the 2025 World Expo and this year’s most popular tourist destination, sisterhood in wartime Ukraine, Fendi’s Roman origins, the prominence of red on the catwalk, Agnès b’s signature snap cardigan, the disappearance of French film producer Pierre Edelman, fashion faux pas, and more.
