Listen to Carol Monpart, one of the creative directors and founders of The Plant, discuss issue twelve of the Barcelona-based journal that uses gardeining as the starting point for its creative journey.

As we’ve noted on the Journal before, The Plant has quietly grown to become a mainstay of the indie scene. It’s a magazine that has discovered itself issue by issue, and with the redesign of this latest issue it has taken another strong step forward.

Carol discusses that redesign and talks us throught the issue, revealing the planning that goes into shoots and the commissioning process.
