A new special edition of progressive Italian newspaper la Repubblica’s weekly supplement D (or d, as they go by now). First launched in the nineties, the supplement is known for its non-traditional approach to the women’s weekly and has garnered a more global following since its significant redesign in 2022, resulting in this first ever international edition, to be published biannually.

With its strikingly simple cover leaning on sole adopted typeface Bodoni—reimagined by illustrator Luke Edward Hall for this issue—it’s a bold, heavyweight compilation of the best of d’s fashion, photography, interviews and more from over the years.

In the first half, meet the likes of Algerian boxing Olympian Imane Khelif, designer Bella Freud, Italian rapper/DJ Lorenzo Jovanotti, actor James Franco and CR Fashion Book's Caroline Roitfeld, also former editor-in-chief at Vogue Paris. Followed by a healthy dose of this season's fashion.
