A biannual literary magazine showcasing the work of Australian and French writers and artists. Each issue is guest edited and changes its format and design to suit the central theme.
This time the theme is ‘Prismatic Joy,’ concerning the notion of a multi-layered experience of joy. Seeking to reckon with the ‘dissonance of experiencing joy while witnessing the imperialist horrors happening around the world,’ the pages use a paired back serif typeface and leave plenty of breathing room to reflect the tone within.
Inside, you’ll find a moving selection of writing, illustration and photography, with contributions from Merlinda Bobis, Matt Chun, Farz Edraki, George Haddad, Michael Sun, Hoda Afshar, Atul Joshi, Nawa Sybico, Argo Theoharis, Kiera Brew Kurec, Sara M Sales, Angelita Biscotti, Gurmeet Kaur and Enoch Mailangi.
