Japanese football magazine Shukyu returns to our shelves with another special issue, this time showcasing over 100 years of Japanese footballing history through a collection of objects and ephemera from (the now closed) Japanese Football Museum.

As you'd imagine, its decade-sized taxonomy of logos, emblems, kit, trophies, merchandising and advertising makes for a visual treat, dating back to 1903. Plus, a section solely dedicated to the Japanese national team’s shirts.

Though primarily in Japanese, each decade is accompanied by a brief bilingual introduction.
