…and while we’re talking smaller magazines

An outsider to win perhaps, but while we’re talking small magazines at the SPD Awards, Port deserves recognition for reaching the Magazine of the Year finalists list. It’s rare for a small self-funded magazine to achieve that.

Bumped into Matt and Dan from the magazine earlier, they’re out here for the Awards gala, and issue six has just gone to press. A special food-themed issue, it has a very bold cover, and they were both buzzing about it. More news here soon, and we hope to be stocking it in the magCulture shop early June.
