EDO Nova evening
Last week EDO brought together two of the key people behind legendary British women’s magazine Nova. Published from 1965 to 1975, the magazine reflected the changes in sixties society; its intellectual radicalism and beautiful art direction and design remain a rare combination.
Harri Peccinotti (photographer/art director, left) and David Hillman (art director) shared their memories of working on the magazine with Riposte founder/editor Danielle Pender. The event took place on Wednesday 9 March at Central Saint Martins art school, London.

The Editorial Design Organisation (EDO) supports UK publishing design, with several speaker events every year. It is run by volunteers in the industry and is always looking for further support.
