It’s been a while since I’ve had news from Andy and Karen at thisisamagazine.com so it’s good to be able to pass on the following update.

First up, Episode 22 of thisisamagazine is now available online – more video/animation/visual madness , (sample above) which will contribute to their sixth printed edition later this year. They’ve also released their first two printed compendia as downloadable PDFs. These two books were printed in editions of 1000 in 2002 (‘Love, the Universe and Everything’) and 2003 (‘Fashion Equals Fiction’) and have long since sold out; they include work by Takeshi Hamada, Jon Burgerman and Anthony Burrill and are well worth a look if you missed them first time round.

There’s also a new book imprint, Atomic Activity Books, coming later this year, and last but not least their first son was born earlier this year. Congratulations.
