First focusing on music, surf and skate-related youth culture, over the (getting nearer to) two decades since, Huck has grown to cover a broader range of alternative culture in print, video, and digital. In their words Huck 'roams the globe seeking out artists, activists and creative renegades who are breaking down the old world to build something new.'

Introducing the ‘It’s More Than a Game’ issue of Huck, which sees British surfer Laura Crane—the first British woman to surf (the HUGE) Nazare waves in Portugal—take to the cover. Inside, the focus is on sports—a throwback to the magazines origins as a publication documenting 'skate, surf, and subcultures' and well-timed given the 2024 Paris Olympics (though Huck explores sport through a very different lens):
