Organised into six sections (the sixth chakra, imagination, dreams, intuition, radiance and light) Human Shift guides you through the cultural origin and essence of our relationship with Ajna through meditative writing and photography. Some stand-out stories featured inside are a conversation with interdisciplinary artist, Anna Prvacki, on bridging together spiritual and artistic expression, as well as, Dr Dan Siegel's concept of intra-connectedness and achieving the feeling wholeness. A zen magazine for those who are interested in both the tools and history of mindfulness.
