Tacos Magazine is a new title from Mundo Domingo, the publisher behind three acclaimed guides to taco stands in Mexican cities. Predominantly visual in approach, the magazine aims to ‘celebrate Mexico’s visual culture through love—how it’s felt, how it’s seen, how it’s lived’. Across 300 vibrant pages, colourful and intimate photography is paired with punchy neon page colours and graphic typography, creating a rich and immersive portrait of identity and national pride in Mexico.

Inside this debut issue, twenty photographers offer their own interpretations of what they understand as love in Mexico. The resulting images capture the rhythms of daily life, from neighbourhood communities and daily rituals to moments of connection expressed through relationships, food and gatherings. Despite not being about tacos at all, this publication is a feast for the eyes!
