Editor-in-chief: Calum Gordon

A print magazine published by popular heritage workwear brand Carhartt, WIP takes its name from the brand’s streetwear offshoot Carhartt Work In Progress (WIP)—a nod to the label’s longstanding DIY ethos. The glossy publication offers an experimental physical space for worldbuilding, allowing fans to dig deeper into the Carhartt WIP universe through essays, photoshoots and interviews with aligned creatives.

This is the 11th issue for Summer 2025, themed ‘Material World’. Coinciding with a broader resurgence of interest in analogue mediums, the issue centres ‘the idea of tangible culture’. Inside, East Coast rap sensation and cover star MIKE speaks to Samuel Hyland about his challenging ascent from aspirational bandcamp teen to sage stadium sell-out.
