25 Minutes in Belgium

I’ve been invited to speak at the annual ‘25 Minutes’ event hosted by Belgian customer publishers Het Salon (25 minutes is the average amount of time a reader enagages with a customer magazine, considerably more than other forms of marketing). I’ll be looking at why design matters in publishing, and asking what is good, what is bad design.
