magCulture Live and The Flatplan return!

As London reopens, we’re excited to announce the return of the two key parts of our annual events programme.

The first will cover everything needed to create your own magazine, and the second will be an opportunity to meet in real life to celebrate and be inspired by the best examples of contemporary magazine publishing.

The Flatplan masterclass
5&6 March 2022, online (revised date, existing tickets still valid)
Our Flatplan magazine masterclass returns for its fourth edition, helping wannabe publishers develop and create their magazines. This was one event that really benefited from the shift online last year, so we’re hosting it on Zoom again to retain the international perspective that format offers.

Join us to hear from expert editors, designers, printers and distributors; our speakers will cover everything you need to know about creating a successful publication. You’ll leave with the knowledge needed to develop your abstract idea into a physical magazine people will want to buy, read and enjoy.

Spaces are limited to ensure everyone gets the most out of the day, so make sure you book your ticket soon!

We’ll be confirming the full line-up over the coming weeks on our Eventbrite booking page.

magCulture Live, London
4 November, Conway Hall
For the first time since 2019, the London edition of our annual magCulture Live conference returns to its Conway Hall home.

As well as bringing together the creative community to share brilliant examples of creative magazine-making from across the mainstream and independent sectors—and share what has been a great year (against all odds) for publishing—we’re excited to be able to meet up in real life again! The magCulture pop-up shop will be open on the day, along with familiar partners and other associated side events.

We’re currently putting together the speaker line-up. If you’d like to be the first to know who’s speaking and how to get tickets, please click on the link below.
