We’re excited to be collaborating with MHL, Margaret Howell’s workwear inspired second line, to present a selection of magazines at MHL. Coal Drops Yard, London. Presented on our familiar Vitsoe 606 shelving system, the selection will change weekly across three weeks.
As digital channels get ever more diminished by their algorithms, a new generation of independent print magazines has come to the fore, offering unique points of view on niche subjects that open up our world rather than close it down.
For the past 10 years, our Clerkenwell shop has steadfastly promoted these magazines, showcasing a selection of over 700 titles from around the world. They are presented in a gallery-like environment designed to reflect the care and attention that goes into producing each magazine. The space has been described by Creative Review as ‘The spiritual home of independent publishing.’
