A new special biannual edition of progressive Italian newspaper la Repubblica’s weekly supplement D (or d, as they go by now). First launched in the nineties, the supplement is known for its non-traditional approach to the women’s weekly and has garnered a more global following since its significant redesign in 2022.
Featuring midnight hues and a striking, post-human apparition on its cover—illustrated by London based artist Jo Ratcliffe—this Autumn/Winter 2025 edition is a bold, heavyweight compilation of the best of d’s fashion, photography, interviews and more from across the past year.
In the first half, meet the likes of American auteur Sofia Coppola, Italian fashion photographer Paolo Roversi, Art-Partner co-founder Giovanni Testino, and, acclaimed architect of The Shard and Centre Georges Pompidou, Renzo Piano, as well as the late and legendary fashion designer Giorgio Armani, renegade Swiss photographer Karlheinz Weinberger and prominent transgender artist and downtown denizen Greer Lankton. Followed by a healthy dose of this season’s fashion.
