‘For the unbothered’

A one-off zine platforming queer creatives from the urban pockets of East London and Melbourne, Pascal’s first and only issue asks ‘why shouldn’t we make art for the sake of making art?’—even if the art in question doesn’t adhere to the industry’s rigid commercial standards. Taking these do-it-yourself ethos as its starting point, what follows is a refreshing look at contemporary representations of punk.

Inside, you’ll encounter this issue’s cover star, artist, performer and drag queen Copper Feel; hear from Joao Quintao Marcolla, whose work spans the diverse fields of construction, sex work and styling; discover the disruptive sound of Jeannie and the White boys; plus, creative writing in abundance.
