This Autumn/Winter 2026 issue of AnOther Magazine is the second in an anniversary series marking 25 years in print. Dedicated loosely to the frequently disregarded power of ‘Clichés’, this semicentennial celebration champions ‘the cliché and all the archetypes, exemplars and paradigms that accompany it’ with the aim of subverting longstanding prejudices about the value of popular culture.
This edition’s cover stars include acclaimed actors Josh O’Connor, Sandra Hüller, and Hoyeon, and the Venezuelan genre-expansive experimental musician and producer Arca. Inside, the issue hosts its usual variety of both high profile and burgeoning talent, including short profiles on the likes of artist Rose Wylie, actress and visual artist Ji-Min Park, fashion designers Colleen Allen and Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, and writer/comedian Anja Magliano—each of whom share a short quote, providing a glimpse into the creative influences that have informed their worldview. Elsewhere, British artist Allen Jones sits in conversation with Christian Louboutin, accompanied by photographs of the designer’s eclectic Parisian apartment; Susannah Frankel interviews Harley Weir on her new photo series documenting her pregnancy; and Alessandro Michele guest edits ‘Document’, featuring a selection of excerpts from texts that have left their mark on him, from ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’ to John Giorno’s spoken word piece ‘Thnx 4 Nothing’.
