‘A modern lad’s mag’

Noix (translated as ‘nuts’—pardon the French) is a magazine for men, with a focus on menswear, culture and city living. Unlike other more traditional men’s magazines—established titles that have adapted to appeal to a Gen X and Gen Z audience—Noix is aimed at a decidedly different millennial crowd.

According to the editors: ‘We loved the old days of narrative journalism: Norman Mailer, Hemingway, Tom Wolfe, and missed a menswear magazine that actually spoke to us. Noix is the answer to those questions’.

They return for their sophomore issue with a larger format, more features, and a wider roster of contributors. This edition explores tuxedos, denim and jewellery through the lens of cultural significance rather than merely sartorial appeal—all circling back to the broader theme of identity. Features ask a plethora of probing questions: Lewis Henson questions what defines the signature look of today; Alfie van de Bos considers whether gold chains are simply the uniform for performative males or a timely masculine accessory; and Graham Brimsgrove unpacks why every man secretly relishes the chance to dress up in a full tux and tie. Plus, discover vintage recommendations, and 18-look winter editorial modelled by Noix’s editors, and your 2026 Style Horoscope.
