Born out of Angel & Z Radio, a New York-based skate and graffiti podcast that first aired in the summer of 2020, the 2022 launch of Living Proof magazine marked a transition in medium, aiming ‘to continue the traditional practice of printed media within graffiti culture.’ Combining interviews with heavily contrasted flash photography, each issue of Living Proof spotlights key figures from the New York skate and street art scene and beyond.
LA rap group Shoreline Mafia headlines this twelfth issue following their 2024 reunion, taking a much-needed break from the recording studio and preparation for their upcoming ‘Back in Bidness’ 2026 US tour. Also in conversation: Nigerian-born, London-based multi-disciplinary artist Olaolu Slawn and Angel Cheng; photographer and skater Taito Itateyama and Yiqing Yan; Palace brand ambassador Lucien Clarke and Franklin Carbonatti; ascendent Brooklyn rapper Stunna Sandy and POST VSOP; and, more.
