These sweet, spiral bound zines draw on the nostalgia of picture books, aiming to introduce children (and adults!) to the specific food cultures of Asia. Simply laid out, each spread is dedicated to a single dish, with a brief description from Singaporean writer Wee Ling Soh on one page and Japanese illustrator Takako Masuki's drawings on the other, rendered in vibrant Riso ink. 

Learn about the likes of turnip cake, typhoon shelter crab and soy sauce western from Hong Kong, plus laska, kaya toast, yong tau foo, ice kachang and more from Singapore. Delicious!
