Developed by the team behind Italian website and magazine Italy Segreta, ‘How Italy Feels’ is built on their desire to reach beyond the clichés of their country, showcasing photography from across its 20 regions. The book is split into regions, from Piedmont to Sicily, and uses all types of photography: reportage, documentary, portraiture, landscape, architectural etc.
Of course there are some expected images: an elderly man reddens as he sunbathes, the flood waters of Venice lap against the pillars of a square. But there is plenty more here for the Italy lover.
