‘A ragged map to aid further exploration and inspire yet more creation.’
The second issue of The Rock & Roll Public Library magazine continues its role as a portable exhibition based on the vast archive of books, comics, magazines, musical equipment, art, clothing, film and ephemera collected by The Clash guitarist, Mick Jones.
The magazine presents a mishmash of memorabilia from the archive–book covers, adverts, comics, hand drawn campaign posters—alongside deeper dives into subjects such as the film life of Notting Hill Gate and the Rachman/Profumo scandal.
