This is the first print edition from the website of the same name, launched as not-for-profit in early 2024. It focuses tightly on the return of Trump, with a series of blistering essays on Elon Musk, the destruction of USAID and Joe Biden’s climate legacy.
Despite the despair inherent in these subjects, the editors make a positive appeal to resist that temptation, reminding the reader of the broader political consensus around climate that remains in place.
