A few magazine events taking place in London over the next few weeks…

Tuesday March 12
Eye magazine presents the first in a series of four evenings about art direction, design and typography st St Bride Foundation. This first one features Mark Porter on designing for multiple platforms, plus others including Mark Wilson from Wilson Fletcher sharing developments in tablet publishing. Book here. UPDATE: Alex Breuer (The Guardian) added to panel.

Wednesday March 13
The latest EDO event has snuck up but is apparently already sold out. Suzanne Sykes and Mark Leeds will discuss their recent redesign of British Elle.

Tuesday March 26
Printout at the Book Club, Shoreditch, looks at the business side of publishing your own magazine. Anorak, It’s Nice That and Rouleur all feature. Full details here.
